Every website that has a contact form should use this mailer service. Do you agree?
SMTP services will make sure the communication goes right on your site.

Thanks for this explanation. Is it necessary for the domain the site is using to have an SSL cert?

Hi, I am running a wordpress website through GreenGeeks as my web host. My email service provider is Microsoft365. I wish to have my contact forms on my website send to my Microsoft outlook. Will this tutorial apply? There is an option for "Microsoft Outlook" on the Mailer Option but that is only for the Pro version. Can I still use the "Other SMTP" option in this case and somehow connnect GreenGeeks to Microsoft 365? If so, how? Thank you all!

What if the emails getting lost are from WooCommerce? would you use the same from email? or would you use something else here? looking at the mail log, some messages sent to customers were lost, and some messages sent to us (about new orders) were lost. Not sure who the from email should be in this case?
