So, you don't have to use predefined WP hooks, but you can define your own, but then you have to apply_filters?

Hi! Great video.. I'm starting with wp dev and I try to make my own plugin.. but doesn't get clear with the idea.. ie: I am developing a custom form.. and I want to add it in any article that the user needs.. so, the form is ready on my html.. but I don't know wich hook use to make that..
