I'm a Laravel developer. I was searching for, 'how to manage private repos along with composer' from yesterday. Lastly, you just made my day.

Is there a way to execute composer install inside plugin dir while I adding my plugin to main composer? I want my plugin dependencies inside vendor folder inside plugin dir, not in the main folder

Great to see this is a ‘normal’ thing to do. I’ve been using this method for a while now and other than with bedrock, it haven’t seen this sort of private plugin situation handled. Just as a thought / your opinion, I’m currently at a stage where I have 10-15+ private plugins, either written by myself or literally pro purchased plugins I’ve put into a repo and added, however now keeping them up to date is becoming a real pain. What do you think about that? I’m kinda leaning towards f-ing’ off bedrock simply because that is a nightmare and leaning towards headless

One thing I want to mention. For CD aspect, it would be really nice how server can pull the data from github without typing password. Maybe ssh key solves this issue.

This is brilliant. Simply explained. I always wondered how devs kept these GitHub plugins in check via composer. I was think of using webhooks to keep my work to date. Definitely will be trying this.✌🏿
