Amazon filed for an emergency arbitration in SIAC and hence SIAC put a temporary stay not a permanent one, according to their EA laws.
Then the high court gave the decision that Amazon will be in fault of FDI rules if it goes ahead with it’s decision to stop the deal between the two parties. And it also upheld that Indian bodies will follow SIAC order as it follows its previous orders as well, hence its temporary stay order will be upheld.
Now the case wil be fought in SIAC taking Indian law into account, as it also comes under the mechanism of the court. And according to Indian Law, we know who will be awarded the decision and who won’t.
The only thing is law takes it undue time and people need patience.
I see 70-80% change the decision going in favour of FRL, but still no one can say what may happen. Time will have to be given. And also for 40-50% of returns im willing to take the risk.
Also FRL has huge capital investments and i dont think it’ll just fall out, even if it looses and goes into NCLT, i hope something similar to Jet Airways happens with the company.
I think the motive of Amazon is to get back its investment through the mechanism of damages as it is worried of its share in Future Coupons once Reliance comes into play, and nothing more.
So if you have worries research and keep patience or else just leave at this stock as soon or else you will hurt yourself more if you get impatient.

It is intimated to all viewers that SEBI has kept the Future and reliance draft scheme of arrangement under Process since 08/01/2021. And as per SEBI circular they have to process the case within 30 days from date of receipt of last communication which was recd on 07/01/2021.
The case is under process and within a month SEBI will approve the deal as there is no stay on the proceedings made by any Indian court.

Supreme Court and many state high court initiate suo moto cases on public interest which are commendable. But surprisingly none of the govt agecies FEMA or SEBI paid heed to the observation of honourable justice Madam Mukta Gupta ( if i am not wrong in typing the name ) when she clearly mentioned that violation of FEMA needs to be scrutinised which was further reinforced by directive of RBI yet anything nobody heard about of investigation on FEMA violation. On the other hand SEBI did not show any honour to Delhi High Court observation that the deal is maintainable. Yet another observation made by Delhi high court that with less than 5% indirect minority stake the right of 1st refusal and imposing binding conditionality not to sell FRL stake to RIL among 50 others entity. How these are tenable in the court of laws.

But today's court session court has not given the stay on sebi review process or any kind of hold on that, it suggest that like cci hd given the approval just likecthat sebi also can give approval while this case is ongoing.. They are not legally on hold and had separate entity to take decisions on there on information as per there rules and regulation.. What is u r opinion on that sir ji

Amazon has been successful in delaying and suffocating FRL and pulling down RIL Now the three judge of Indian court will hear that on Feb 12th furthering knocking a blow to sentiment and FRL will retreat to 65 – 67 level or even more.
