Do you have a security favorite? I recently installed WordFence which seems to be doing well.

Hi Alex, great video as always. I noticed that my memory is low on my websites (hosted through Hostgator). You mentioned recently that you can ask them to increase the PHP memory allocation but Hostgator have said that they can't do that on a shared server (which I assume most people have). Their exact statement is: "Shared packages (including Cloud Sites and Resellers) are hosted on carefully managed environments and have certain limits on what can be changed in order to maintain the stability of the server. Dedicated Server and VPS customers may change all the settings in the php.ini file and do not have the same limits as Shared and Reseller hosting." Do you know anyone who has found a solution around this please?

Hi, great video as always. Having had my sites hacked and re-directed a number of times previously, the absolute must-have plugin for me is WordFence. This blocks failed logins and flags if any of your files have been corrupted or changed. It even sorted out a website that had been hacked already. Having discovered that the site was hacked, I installed the plugin and it not only detected the hack but corrected all of the hacked files for me.
