I used this snippet to show my widget conditionally in page.php

It seems to be working as I hoped but is this the best cay to do this? Could my code be improved?

your tutorials are best. two of the links you posted are broken and does not exist. you said you are going to put link for widget arean in the codex. thank you, god bless u
