I have my logo on my site, but it appears to be missing at the footer of my homepage. I can find it on every other page, but the homepage. If I edit site footer it shows it being there, but if I look for it from another device it’s not there. Does this sound familiar to you?

On my theme, no logo area in site identity. And no WORD of LOGO in the Appearance/Customize. I have blog layout. Does this mean I cannot add a logo? How would I proceed?
