Hi, is there a reason why WordPress doesn't insert the constant (disallow_file_edit, true) by default in the wp-config.php ?

How does disabling file editing help when the hacker already got access to your dashboard? A hacker can simply install the problematic WP-File Manager and remove that line of code that was added to the wp-config file.
